Pay: $26-$31/hour
- Process biweekly payroll and assist with off-cycle payments as needed
- Review payroll data for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Reconcile payroll reports and validate imported data prior to processing
- Handle payroll adjustments including retro pay, garnishments, and other special transactions
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including tax withholdings and direct deposit information
- Support onboarding processes related to payroll, including benefit and time-off setup
- Respond to employee payroll-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and year-end processes
- Prepare and distribute payroll-related reports to internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations
- 3-5 years of payroll processing experience in a high-volume environment
- Experience working with payroll systems; Dayforce experience highly preferred
- Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Excel and general accounting systems
- Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
