- Assist with vendor payments and maintain records

- Support data entry and basic reporting in accounting systems and Excel
- Coordinate with departments for approvals and documentation
- Provide general administrative and accounting support
Qualifications
- Associate degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting/AP processes
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
