- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting activities
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation
- Utilize Excel to analyze data, create reports, and improve processes
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to resolve accounting issues
- 2 years of accounting experience required
