Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist - Temporary

Woburn, MA ONSITE REQUIRED

Start Monday 9/29/25, Full Time 40 hours

Short-term (2 months)

Compensation: $27-$30/hour

About the Role:

Our client, a manufacturing company in Woburn, MA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the team immediately on a short-term basis. This brand-new temporary position has been created to support ongoing AR processing while the current employee transitions out.

Qualifications:

• 3 years full cycle Accounts Receivable experience
• Advanced Excel, Infor SyteLine or similar ERP is a plus.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Process and post invoices and payments accurately.
• Perform standard AR tasks, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
• Support the Accounting Manager in maintaining AR records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or issues.
