What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Recruiting Manager position at Lease & LaBau, Inc.?
As of November 14th, a nationally recognized law firm seeks a Manager of Legal Recruiting to oversee entry-level and lateral associate recruiting efforts. This role will involve:
- Developing strategies to recruit elite talent, organizing and overseeing interview processes, and gathering feedback.
- Collaborating with firm leadership to identify lateral hiring needs.
- Overseeing onboarding and integrating newly hired lawyers.
- Directing the Summer Associate Program and planning recruitment events and social activities.
- Developing excellent rapport with law schools, recruiting firms, and firm leadership.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least six years of legal recruiting experience, with a focus on strategy implementation, onboarding, and integration.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and other team members.
- Ability to work independently and effectively represent the firm to outside parties.
