As of November 13th, an outstanding law firm seeks a Litigation Paralegal Manager to supervise a team and structure workflows. This role will involve:
- Working with Partners to establish departmental strategies, policies, and procedures, as well as developing long-term objectives and initiatives.
- Identifying staffing needs, allocating work assignments, and ensuring the efficient utilization of resources.
- Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding additional paralegals as needed.
- Overseeing training and professional development initiatives.
- Managing deadlines, trial logistics, and workflows.
- Participating in the performance review process.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree; paralegal certification strongly preferred.
- 8 years of law firm including trial experience; 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Successful at leading by example and serving as a trusted resource to partners and firm leadership.
- Flexibility to handle paralegal responsibilities and work overtime as needed to meet the demands of the role.
