- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Strong skills in Legal Research to support case development
- Experience in drafting Pleadings and Motions
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with New York State legal procedures; knowledge of New Jersey procedures is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required; relevant experience in litigation preferred
