The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys in managing cases, preparing legal documents, conducting research, and maintaining case files. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, and filing legal documents, as well as supporting attorneys during trials and hearings. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the legal team and clients.

- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Experience in conducting Legal Research to support case preparation

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases and deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site legal team environment
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification is required; experience in estate planning or litigation is a plus
