What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Manager (Corporate) position at Lease & LaBau, Inc.?
As of November 13th, an exceptional law firm seeks a Business Development Manager to work closely with the firm’s Finance practice area. This position can sit in their firms New York office and will involve:
- Contribute to all pitch and RFP creation facets, client expansion programs, and events and sponsorships.
- Provide business development coaching to individual attorneys.
- Identify business opportunities with new or prospective clients, recommend ways to enhance visibility and revenue, and monitor trends or changes in the legal industry.
- Foster relationships with attorneys and clients, developing selling strategies, and communicating the firm’s unique services to external parties.
- Act as subject matter expert to marketing and business development department for Finance related marketing inquiries.
Requirements:
- At least five years of legal marketing experience, including familiarity with corporate practice.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and project management skills.
- Ability to apply a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Entrepreneurial nature, proven leadership capabilities, and adaptability to changing demands and priorities.
