📍 Location:
Based in Apopka, FL (Regional Travel Throughout Florida)
🎯 Requirements:
- Ability to travel throughout Florida with occasional overnight stays.
- Electrical Construction experience REQUIRED.
- OSHA 500 Certification Required.
- NFPA 70E Certification Required.
- 5 years of Construction Safety experience.
- Previous leadership experience managing Safety Managers or Safety Coordinators.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and electrical safety standards.
- Experience with safety reporting, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and safety management software.
- CSP, ASP, or CHST certifications are a plus!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred!
🚧 What You'll Do:
- Drive safety culture across multiple electrical construction projects throughout Florida.
- Lead and mentor a team of Safety Managers (with plans to grow the team).
- Lead incident investigations and corrective action plans.
- Ensure OSHA and NFPA 70E compliance across all projects.
- Conduct jobsite audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Develop and improve safety programs, policies, and procedures.
- Track safety metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the safety leader during emergency or after-hours incidents when needed.
- Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Leadership.
💲Compensation & Benefits:
- $120,000 - $140,000 Base Salary
