Position: Administrative Assistant – Title Company
Location: Boerne, TX
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
Greet and assist clients, ensuring a positive customer experience
Provide administrative support to title staff, including order entry
Process and receipt Earnest Money Contracts
Conduct client follow-up as needed
Manage and distribute incoming mail.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support office operations
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Less than one year of related work experience required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (phone and email)
Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Team-oriented with a commitment to building strong working relationships
Additional Requirement:
Must be able to commute daily to Boerne, TX location
