Role Description
We are seeking a Local Receptionist for a full-time, on-site position located in Boerne, TX. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, answering and directing phone calls, welcoming visitors, and providing general administrative and clerical support. They will ensure excellent customer service, maintain a professional and organized environment, and manage office supplies. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including professionally answering, directing calls, and managing visitor interactions
- Proficient Clerical Skills, such as handling correspondence, managing schedules, and maintaining records
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to efficiently interact with clients and team members
- Customer Service abilities, ensuring a welcoming environment and addressing client needs effectively
- Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a dynamic office environment
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment
- Prior experience in a similar role within real estate or title services is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are advantageous
