Position Title: Bilingual Legal Admin
Location: San Antonio, TX 78229
Pay: $21–$22/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Employment Type: Temp
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Paralegal (English/Spanish) to support attorneys with case preparation, document management, and administrative legal tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and effective communication with clients and legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and produce legal documents by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
Coordinate all aspects of case preparation and maintain organized case files
Review, research, verify, and route correspondence, reports, and legal documents
Draft legal letters, forms, and other documentation as needed
Collect, analyze, and organize case-related information
Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties via phone, email, and other channels
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, attorney conferences, and depositions
Arrange services with couriers, court reporters, expert witnesses, and other vendors
Assist in preparing charts, graphs, and visual materials for court proceedings
Prepare and submit expense reports
Maintain attorney calendars, including scheduling hearings, meetings, and travel
Track court dates, filing deadlines, pleadings, and compliance requirements
Monitor and assist with evidence gathering and case development
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant preferred
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documents, and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience with case management software
Familiarity with court filing procedures and deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
