This opportunity is suited to a Partner with a proven real estate practice who is looking to further scale their work within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment that supports both lateral growth and long-term strategic investment.
The Opportunity:
The role offers the chance to play a key part in the continued growth of a high-quality real estate practice, advising sophisticated clients on matters including:
- Commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
- Development and redevelopment projects
- Joint ventures and complex ownership structures
- Leasing (office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use)
- Financing-related real estate work
- Asset and portfolio management
You will have access to a national client base, cross-practice collaboration, and meaningful institutional support to grow and strengthen your practice in South Florida and beyond.
Candidate Profile:
- Currently an established Partner in a recognised real estate practice
- Experience gained at an AmLaw 100 firm (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to originate or meaningfully contribute to client relationships
- Strong technical reputation and commercial approach
- Interested in contributing to office and practice growth in Miami
