Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant with at least 5 years of experience, including some exposure to a clinical or healthcare setting to join our team! The Administrative Assistant will provide professional administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment that includes clinical processes and patient-related documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and clinical staff.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, and confidential records.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management (including patient or clinical information).
- Communicate effectively with patients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Support onboarding and training activities as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure efficient day-to-day office operations.
- Assist with compliance documentation and basic recordkeeping for clinical programs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinical environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems or other healthcare software is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
