The Assistant Company has been retained by a high-profile couple to recruit a highly experienced, discreet, and exceptionally organized Personal Assistant / Household Manager to support both professional and personal operations. This role is based out of the principals’ estate in Miami and requires a dedicated, hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the demands of working for UHNW clients.
This is not a traditional 9–5 position. The ideal candidate is proactive, flexible, and committed to being the principals’ right hand, including remaining accessible via phone, text, and email outside of regular hours.
Requirements
- MUST currently reside in Miami and able to commute to Aventura on a daily basis
- MUST be available to start immediately
- MUST be able to travel for extended periods of time (often last-minute)
- MUST pass a detailed background check
- MUST provide verifiable written references
- Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting high-profile individuals
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist with meetings, parties, and social events in conjunction with the Events Department
- Act as administrative support for business ventures: heavy calendar management, travel planning, itineraries
- Schedule personal appointments and organize daily activities for the principals
- Compose correspondence and run personal and business errands
- Manage expenses: track receipts, logs, reimbursements, and credit card reconciliation
- Handle purchase requests and maintain documentation with exceptional organization
- Shop for gifts as needed and oversee holiday/seasonal errands such as gift wrapping and decor coordination
- Prepare and pack luggage for travel
- Provide on-site support at corporate events and meetings
- Serve as point of contact for issues, ensuring timely follow-up
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects that arise daily
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all personal and business information
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle many tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Excellent follow-up and ability to “think ahead”
- Strong note-taking abilities and excellent memory
- Tech savvy; proficient with Apple devices and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Calendar)
- Quick learner, energetic, poised, hardworking, and resourceful
- Able to take direction while also being proactive and anticipating needs
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
