Temporary | Legal Ops/CLM Project Manager

Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio company is actively recruiting for a temporary Legal Operations and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) professional for a remote opportunity for a corporate client.

Position Overview

The CLM Project Manager will partner with Legal, Procurement, Information Technology, and business stakeholders to improve contract workflows, strengthen compliance, maintain data integrity, and maximize the value of the organization’s CLM platform. This individual will lead cross-functional projects, establish contract management best practices, and identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency across the contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of Sirion.
• Manage cross-functional project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Optimize contract intake, drafting, approval, execution, and post-signature workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify system and process improvements.
• Develop CLM procedures, training materials, and user documentation.
• Provide training and ongoing support to Sirion users.
• Monitor system performance, adoption, compliance, and data integrity.
• Develop contract metrics and reports to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal operations, contract management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or administering Sirion.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end contract lifecycle processes.
• Proven project management and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• In-house legal department experience preferred.
