URGENT: Remote Conflicts Staff Attorneys | Immediate Start
Lawyers On Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, has an immediate need for four experienced Conflicts Staff Attorneys to support a large national law firm experiencing increased hiring and conflicts activity.
This opportunity is moving very quickly, with the firm looking for attorneys who can start as soon as next week. The initial engagement is expected to last 3–6 months, with the possibility that some positions may convert to permanent roles.
Position Details:
- Remote anywhere in the U.S.

- $75–$100/hour, with flexibility based on experience
- Potential for longer-term or permanent opportunities
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct and analyze conflicts searches for new clients, matters, lateral attorneys, and incoming hires, including summer associate candidates.
- Identify potential conflicts of interest and work with attorneys to resolve or clear identified issues.
- Assist with conflicts waivers and apply applicable Rules of Professional Conduct.
- Support new business intake and lateral/hiring intake projects.
- Perform special conflicts searches and assist with other conflicts and risk-management initiatives as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- JD required.
- Prior experience working as a conflicts attorney for a law firm is required, whether on a permanent, contract, or project basis.
- Experience conducting substantive conflicts analysis and identifying and resolving potential conflicts of interest is required.
- Knowledge of applicable Rules of Professional Conduct.
- Large law firm conflicts experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Intapp Open or similar conflicts/intake technology is a plus.
