Temporary | Business Immigration Analyst, hybrid

Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio company is actively recruiting for temporary, Business Immigration Analyst for a hybrid position for a prestigious law firm client in Washington, DC.

Assignment Details

Focus: High-volume Adjustment of Status (AOS) cases.

Case Support: Preparation of complex USCIS forms and filing packages, organization of supporting evidence, client communication, and case-status tracking.

Deadline Management: Monitoring USCIS filing deadlines, interview appointments, receipt notices, and other case milestones.

Location: Washington, DC.

Hybrid Schedule: Three days on-site and two days remote each week. On-site hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Assignment Length: ASAP through the end of the year.

Position Overview

As a Business Immigration Analyst, you will support a high volume of immigration cases. Under attorney supervision, this position will prepare forms and filing materials, organize supporting evidence, communicate with clients, and maintain accurate case records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare immigration forms, correspondence, and documentation for attorney review.
• Collect and evaluate client information for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain current case information and documentation in the firm’s case management system.
• Escalate missing materials, approaching deadlines, and potential case issues.
• Provide administrative, data-entry, and document-management support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree - required.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills; writing sample required
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to protect confidential information and perform effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Previous legal, immigration, or case-management experience is preferred.
