Job Title: Real Estate / Probate Litigation Attorney

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Position Overview:

Our law firm client is seeking an experienced and driven Litigation Attorney to handle a diverse caseload involving Real Estate, Homeowners Association (HOA), and Probate matters, including property disputes, HOA enforcement and governance issues, and estate or trust-related litigation. This role is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable managing cases independently, advocating for clients in court, and providing strategic legal guidance across complex property and estate disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including trial preparation
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies
• Handle discovery, including depositions and document review

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active CA bar license
• 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in real estate, HOA, or probate matters
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $225,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
