Job Title: Civil Litigation Attorney

Our law firm client is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to handle sophisticated litigation matters while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage civil litigation cases from inception through resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Handle discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Develop case strategies and advise clients throughout the litigation process
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on complex matters
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license
- Strong civil litigation experience
- Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to independently manage a caseload
- Ability to meet an annual 1,900 billable hour requirement
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
