Job Title: Litigation Attorney (Real Estate Litigation)
Location: Remote in California
Our law firm client, a respected California litigation firm, is seeking a Litigation Attorney with experience handling real estate disputes and complex civil litigation matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated cases involving property owners, developers, businesses, financial institutions, and other high-profile clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Handle pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and court appearances
- Develop litigation strategy and work directly with clients
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Collaborate with experienced litigators on complex disputes
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license
- 4 years of litigation experience
- Real estate litigation experience preferred
- Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
- Ability to independently manage a caseload
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 β $230,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
