Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tempe, AZ for a Commercial Real Estate Broker. The individual in this role will be responsible for representing clients in leasing, buying, and selling commercial properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include cultivating client relationships, conducting lease negotiations, tenant representation, prospecting new business opportunities, managing sales transactions from initiation to closing, and providing consultation to clients regarding market trends and investment strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lease Negotiations and proficient understanding of lease structures and terms
- Proven competency in Brokerage and Sales within the commercial real estate sector
- Solid knowledge and expertise in Commercial Real Estate and Tenant Representation
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Previous experience in a similar role and a valid real estate license are required
