Founding Broker of Record (Designated Officer) — Linkency Realty, Inc. · Greater Los Angeles
Linkency is a new kind of real estate brokerage. Buyers and sellers put their transaction in front of vetted local agents who compete on price and track record — in the open, before any paperwork. The platform is live, we're launching in Greater LA, and we're raising a seed round.
We're looking for a founding Designated Officer — a licensed California broker to serve as our broker of record and an officer of Linkency Realty, Inc.
This is a founding, equity role — not a license rental. You'll own brokerage supervision and compliance and help shape how a tech-enabled brokerage actually runs.
You are:
- An active CA broker in good standing, with years of experience
- Experienced as a managing broker or designated officer — you've supervised agents and owned compliance
- Fluent in CRMLS, California disclosures, and the post-NAR commission landscape
- Comfortable with a startup, real equity upside, and a modern referral model
- Ideally well-connected in the LA agent community
