We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of hands-on litigation experience specifically in personal injury law. You will take a lead role in managing complex cases from intake through trial or settlement, working closely with clients, support staff, and other attorneys to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters, including auto accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death claims
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal memoranda
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Appear in court for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Evaluate claims, negotiate settlements, and develop litigation strategies
- Supervise junior attorneys and legal staff as needed
- Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on communication and trust
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active license in good standing
- 10–15 years of litigation experience in personal injury law
- Proven track record of successful verdicts and settlements
- Excellent oral and written advocacy skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Trial experience is strongly preferred
- Bilingual skills (Spanish, etc.) are a plus but not required
