Established family law firm in Boca Raton is looking for a legal/administrative assistant to support the firm with various tasks, including maintaining a calendar and scheduling case related events, typing correspondence and court documents, entering timesheets, assisting with billing/accounting tasks, and reviewing and organizing documents to assist paralegals. Must have a professional demeanor, be articulate and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and proofreading skills. A high-school diploma is required for this entry-level position. Some knowledge of legal terminology and procedures would be helpful but is not required. Must be comfortable working with Word, WordPerfect, Outlook and Adobe.
