Location:- Washington, DC (hybrid)
I am currently representing a premier DC-based Real Estate boutique firm that has been a staple of the District’s skyline since 2010. Founded by industry titans with over three decades of experience and billions in closed transactions, this firm offers the sophisticated work of a global practice with the culture and agility of a boutique environment.
With a 4.7-star rating and a reputation for excellence in zoning and complex transactions, my client is looking for a seasoned Associate to join their collaborative, high-performing team.
The Opportunity
You will be managing sophisticated commercial real estate transactions ranging from $10 million to $200 million. This role is designed for a self-directed attorney who thrives on autonomy but values a supportive, partner-heavy environment.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years of dedicated commercial real estate transactional experience.
- Deal Sheet: Proven track record handling transactions in the $10M–$200M range.
- Background: Experience at a mid-size or large law firm is preferred.
- Licensure: Must be licensed to practice in Washington, DC. Maryland licensure is a significant plus.
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, sound professional judgment, and clear, confident communication.
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
