The Role:
- Represent domestic and international clients in complex construction and commercial disputes.
- Lead and manage all phases of litigation and arbitration, including high-stakes discovery and trial preparation.
- Develop focused, creative strategies for cases that have already escalated or reached a critical inflection point.
- Advise on change order disputes, construction trust funds, and contract law within the construction industry.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and an active member of the Texas State Bar.
- 3 years of experience in Construction Litigation (Commercial/Industrial focus preferred).
- Strong courtroom presence and a "trial-ready" mindset.
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to compressed, high-pressure litigation timelines.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 and $175,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
