This Litigation Associate Attorney role offers immediate hands-on experience across multiple industries, including energy, maritime, and construction litigation. Attorneys will take ownership of cases early, gaining exposure to all phases of litigation. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload including personal injury, wrongful death, trucking, maritime, construction, and general liability matters

• Represent insurers, energy companies, transportation carriers, and commercial clients in complex litigation

• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation

• Collaborate directly with partners, clients, and insurance carriers on litigation strategy

• Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and assist in mediation and trial proceedings

• Maintain ownership of files with strong attention to detail and strategic judgment

• Contribute to a fast-paced, trial-focused litigation practice

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Litigation Associate Attorney, Insurance Defense Attorney, or Civil Litigation Associate

• Background in insurance defense, personal injury, transportation, maritime, energy, or construction litigation preferred

• Admission to the Texas Bar (Texas Bar required)

• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple matters in a high-volume litigation environment

• Experience handling depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation preferred
