A prestigious Am Law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level Intellectual Property Associate Attorney to join its Washington, DC office. This top-tier law firm is widely recognized for its leadership in trademark, copyright, and technology law, as well as its innovative approach to emerging areas such as data privacy and digital assets.

This Trademark & Copyright Litigation Associate Attorney role offers exposure to sophisticated disputes, global brand protection strategies, and high-profile clients. Attorneys will work closely with experienced practitioners on complex litigation and advisory matters, making this a highly desirable opportunity in Washington DC legal jobs. Key Responsibilities

• Handle U.S. trademark and copyright litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Participate in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB)

• Manage domestic and international trademark prosecution and portfolio strategies

• Conduct trademark clearance, enforcement, and counseling for clients

• Advise on advertising, branding, and technology-related IP issues

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex intellectual property matters

• Engage directly with clients on brand protection and litigation strategies

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Intellectual Property Attorney or Trademark Litigation Associate

• Strong background in trademark and copyright law

• Admission to a U.S. state bar (DC Bar preferred or eligibility required)

• Excellent academic credentials and legal training

• Outstanding legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
