We're partnering with a nationally recognized, plaintiff-side law firm exclusively dedicated to representing survivors of sexual abuse is seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Injury Attorney to join their growing team. This is a highly specialized, mission-driven practice with a powerful track record - over $1 billion in verdicts and settlements, 5,000 survivors represented, and 25 years of exclusive focus in this space.
Office Loation: Sacramento or San Diego
What You'll Do
- Manage a plaintiff personal injury caseload from intake through resolution.
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel to maximize client outcomes.
- Develop case strategy and advocate aggressively for injured clients.
- Collaborate with a team of accomplished litigators and support staff.
What We're Looking For
- Active California Bar license.
- Experience handling Plaintiff Personal Injury matters.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
- Trial experience is highly valued, although attorneys with significant litigation experience are encouraged to apply.
- Passion for representing injured individuals and achieving outstanding client results.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $250,000 depending on experience. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
