Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in California and good standing
- 2 years of experience defending employers in labor and employment cases with extensive knowledge of employment cases, regulations, and court procedures
- Proven experience handling defense litigation cases independently
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $300,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
