Position Overview:
The firm is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Defense Attorney to handle complex employment matters, including class actions and single-plaintiff cases. This is a unique opportunity to work with industry-leading attorneys on high-profile cases while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid or remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all phases of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, and other employment-related claims.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
- 2 years of experience in employment litigation, preferably in a defense setting.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 to $350,000 -- Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
