A well-established and growing mid-sized law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney (3 years of experience) to join its team in Omaha. This role is open to attorneys with experience in transactional or litigation work, including Corporate/M&A, Estate Planning, and Civil Litigation. The firm offers a collaborative environment, manageable billables, and strong long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle matters across transactional and/or litigation practice areas
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements or manage litigation cases
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients
- Collaborate closely with partners and contribute to case/deal strategy
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Corporate/M&A, Estate Planning, or Civil Litigation
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage matters independently
- Licensed and in good standing (Nebraska Bar or ability to waive in preferred)
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 β $200,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
