About the Opportunity
A well-established, growth-focused law firm is seeking Associate Attorneys (0–5 years) to join its Assessment Recovery / Creditors’ Rights practice. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on litigation experience in a high-demand, high-volume practice area with strong earning potential and flexibility.
What You’ll Do
- Manage collections and assessment recovery cases end-to-end
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
- Handle court appearances and negotiations
- Work with clients to drive recovery strategies
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed (or pending) in Ohio or Tennessee
- 0–5 years of experience (litigation preferred)
- Strong writing and organizational skills
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 – $100,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
- Performance-based, tiered bonus tied to billable production
- No strict billable minimum (firm target ~1,800 hours, flexible)
