Seeking a California-licensed Employment Attorney to handle a broad range of labor and employment matters, including litigation and advisory work.
The role involves managing cases from pre-litigation through resolution across single-plaintiff and complex matters.
Work closely with clients as a trusted advisor within a collaborative, full-service firm environment.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
3–8 years of experience in California employment litigation, including wage & hour, discrimination, retaliation, and PAGA/class actions
Handle cases from start to finish, including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation
Provide strategic advice and counseling to clients on employment-related matters
Strong legal writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
