Key Responsibilities:
- Handle California employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal research
- Manage depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Work on wage & hour, PAGA, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters
- Collaborate closely with partners and litigation team members
Ideal Background:
- 2 years of California employment law experience
- Experience handling employment litigation matters in California
- Wage & hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, or PAGA experience preferred
- Strong legal writing and litigation skills
- California Bar admission required
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $250,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
