What are the responsibilities and job description for the California Employment Litigation Attorney position at Latitude Legal?
Latitude Legal is partnering with a boutique California employment law firm to place an experienced (3-7 years) California Labor & Employment Defense Attorney on a full-time, permanent basis. The firm is also open to an engagement-to-hire structure for the right candidate. While the role is ideally hybrid out of the firm's San Diego office, the partners are willing to consider a fully remote arrangement for an exceptional candidate.
The firm represents California employers across a full spectrum of employment disputes and counseling needs, and its client relationships are long-term and highly collaborative. The ideal candidate brings not only a sharp legal mind capable of handling complex, high-stakes matters, but also the professional presence and emotional intelligence to serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level and board-level clients. The firm has cultivated a genuinely sustainable litigation practice and a culture that reflects a sincere commitment to the well-being of its attorneys. Attorneys here manage sophisticated matters for sophisticated clients within an environment that prioritizes quality of work, quality of life, and long-term professional fulfillment.
