What You'll Do
- Manage your own docket of construction defect matters.
- Handle hearings, depositions, inspections, and litigation strategy.
- Work closely with an experienced paralegal dedicated to your practice.
- Collaborate with a supportive litigation team while maintaining autonomy.
Qualifications
- 3 years of litigation experience.
- Experience in Construction Defect is preferred, but attorneys with backgrounds in Premises Liability, General Liability, Commercial Auto Defense, Insurance Defense/Coverage, or Personal Injury Defense are encouraged to apply.
- Licensed to practice in Texas.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 β $180,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
