Responsibilities
- Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations
- Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Qualifications
- Active Colorado Bar license in good standing or someone who is open to take Colorado Bar exam
- 3-8 years of experience in either of the litigation: Product liability or class actions or medical malpractice defense or legal malpractice defense or catastrophic torts, or complex commercial litigation.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $250,000 – $360,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
