A well-established, growing boutique law firm is seeking an Estate Planning & Elder Law Attorney to join its collaborative team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a junior attorney looking for mentorship, flexibility, and meaningful client work in a practice focused on helping individuals and families protect their futures.
Responsibilities:
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
- Advise clients on estate planning, probate, elder law, and asset protection matters.
- Handle probate and trust administration cases.
- Participate in educational workshops and client presentations as needed.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with Active Bar license
- Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, Trusts & Estates, Real Estate, Tax, Business Transactions, or other transferable transactional experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 β $120,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
