- Design, Build, and Scale AI Solutions: Lead the development of enterprise-grade AI applications leveraging AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker) and Microsoft technologies.
- Generative AI & LLM Focus: Architect, implement, and optimize LLM-powered solutions including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
- Cloud-Native Engineering: Develop scalable systems using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native services, ensuring robust deployment and orchestration.
- Python Development: Deliver end-to-end solutions with strong Python programming including CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and observability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor and lead AI engineering teams, promoting best practices in software development and AI/ML engineering.
- AI Agent & Platform Development: Contribute to enterprise AI platforms such as LLM gateways and agent frameworks for digital transformation.
- Business Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions across multiple business units.
- AI Governance & Responsible AI: Implement secure, compliant, and responsible AI practices including monitoring and AIOps.
- Multi-modal AI & Data Handling: Work with large-scale, unstructured, and multi-modal datasets for AI-driven applications.
- Continuous Learning & Communication: Stay updated on AI/ML advancements, communicate technical concepts effectively to varied audiences, and drive innovation within the organization.
- Hybrid Work Model: Work 3 days per week onsite in Denver, with flexibility for occasional travel and global collaboration.
- Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock), RAG, prompt engineering
- Cloud-native development (AWS, Microsoft stack), Kubernetes, Docker
- Python programming, CI/CD, SDLC experience
- Team leadership and scalable system architecture
- Experience with LangChain, REST APIs, AI governance, and multi-modal AI
- Bachelor s degree (Master s preferred)
- 3 years of production AI solution delivery
- Hands-on expertise with relevant AI/ML tools and cloud platforms
- Professional certifications in cloud or AI technologies
