Job Summary For QC Project Manager ( Lebanon, IN)
- Coordinate Quality Control (QC) activities across internal teams and 3 4 external Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs)/labs
- Track and manage sample lifecycle, testing progress, deviations, investigations, and CAPAs (from inception to completion)
- Ensure timely completion of QC documentation, including COAs, protocols, and compliance documents
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders to keep deliverables on track and escalate risks/issues as needed
- Facilitate effective communication between QC, lab teams, and external partners
- Provide regular reporting and status updates to leadership
- Support knowledge transfer during transition from current Project Manager
- Focus on project management, coordination, and accountability (not hands-on lab/testing work)
- Requires tactful, assertive approach to managing multiple stakeholders in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Exposure to advanced therapies and external manufacturing networks
- Must have experience in QC/laboratory/GMP settings and working with external partners/CMOs
- Prefer candidates with experience in advanced therapies, gene therapy, and handling deviations/CAPAs
Salary : $70 - $75
