- Conduct thorough assessments of current operational processes; document workflows and identify inefficiencies.
- Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, departments, and IT to align on process changes and project goals.
- Lead or participate in process audits and evaluate effectiveness of implemented changes.
- Provide training and support to team members on new processes.
- Use business acumen to identify service-impacting issues and recommend improvements.
- Develop project scope, plans, business cases, and status reports.
- Assist in testing (UAT), implementation, and monitoring of process changes.
- Measure and report KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Utilize project management tools to drive and support projects.
- Bachelor s degree in a related field.
- 5 years experience in business process analysis and project management.
- Strong knowledge of P&C insurance operations.
- Proficiency in process mapping/modeling and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to train, mentor, and support colleagues.
- Experience working both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to interpret and present complex data to stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma required).
- Experience with project and change management methodologies.
- Familiarity with data analytics/visualization tools.
- Minimum two years of project experience in insurance operations.
