Job Summary (List Format): GenAI Python Developer
- Hands-on development, enhancement, modification, and maintenance of AI/LLM applications using Python in a Global Financial Crimes environment.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document software programs/activities.
- Collaborate with business partners to define requirements and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of development tools and programming languages, primarily Python.
- Act as an individual contributor focused on new development projects.
- Set up and run Python environments, execute AI/LLM models, and debug issues.
- Partner with multiple technology teams to implement target architecture and migrate to strategic platforms.
- Demonstrate strong coding, debugging, and analytical abilities.
- Develop and implement innovative, technology-based solutions.
- Exhibit exceptional intelligence, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Possess a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Required experience: 8-10 years in software development, 2-4 years with Python (server-side preferred), and 1-2 years in AI/LLM development (hands-on LLM experience required).
