Lead ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Serve as primary point of contact for clients, managing stakeholder expectations and communications.
Oversee project planning, execution, and resource allocation for ServiceNow initiatives.
Utilize extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM).
Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
Leverage 8 years of professional IT consulting experience, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow leadership roles.
Apply knowledge of public sector environments, particularly FedRAMP or secured cloud settings, when applicable.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, organizational policies, and project governance.
Maintain up-to-date certifications, such as ServiceNow CSA, CIS, PMP/PRINCE2, CSM, and ITIL v4 (highly preferred).
Work onsite in Columbus, OH as required by the client.
