What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cabling / Low Voltage Superintendent position at Largeton Group?

100% travel required within the US; all travel expenses covered.
High-level leadership role overseeing low-voltage cabling projects, especially in hyperscale data centers.
Responsible for multiple concurrent projects, on-site supervision, and ensuring technical, quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Provide leadership, training, and guidance to project staff; participate in hiring to maintain skill levels.
Maintain strong customer relationships, resolve escalated issues, and manage account responsibilities.
Oversee material management and provide daily updates on project tracking.
Participate in project meetings and pre-/post-bid activities.
Conduct technical training for low voltage technicians and leads.
Ensure compliance with HR, safety, company policies, and documentation requirements.
Minimum 5 years' experience managing low-voltage/structured cabling technicians required.
Preferred experience: hyperscale data centers, Meta or Microsoft projects.
Must be proficient in interpreting project documents (Scope of Work, Bill of Materials, blueprints, schedules).
Strong communication skills (written and verbal in English) required.
Proficiency with low voltage tools and ability to train others.
Valid driver's license and up-to-date certifications required.
RCDD and DCDC BICSI certifications are a plus, but not required.
Bachelor's degree not required.
