Job Summary IT Infrastructure Project Manager (Bend, OR)
- Plan, oversee, and lead delivery of IT and OT infrastructure projects in a hybrid, international environment (local/regional/global scope).
- Manage large-scale, complex projects, including the development and deployment of advanced, automated, IT-integrated production facilities (Project Blockbuster).
- Coordinate and align with multiple project managers and program managers within a larger program structure.
- Interact with multicultural internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Ensure successful design, ramp-up, and implementation of IT/OT infrastructure, including facility layout, production line installation, automation controls, management dashboards, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Support integration of smart-factory systems, real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, automated quality checks, and scalable infrastructure for future expansion.
- Oversee all project phases: budget, timelines, milestones, deliverables, compliance, resource allocation, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Ensure strict adherence to client IT Security and Quality Assurance policies, as well as Pharma industry regulations (GxP, FDA).
- Identify project risks, propose and implement mitigating actions, and manage unforeseen delays, realigning schedules as needed.
- Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams (QC, Logistics, Engineering, etc.), senior management, and technical teams.
- Maintain project documentation, prepare status reports, lead steering committee meetings, and ensure updates to project management systems.
- Drive continuous improvement for project delivery at the site.
- Minimum 10 years experience as an IT Project Manager in IT infrastructure projects (Brownfield/data center integration preferred).
- Experience in Pharma or other validated production industries, with knowledge of compliance requirements.
- Solid technical understanding of infrastructure (LAN/WAN, WiFi, switching, servers, firewalls, security, workplace environments).
- Certified PMP or Prince2.
- Degree in IT or engineering field required.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
- 12-month contract, hybrid role (on-site in Bend, OR 3x/week).
- Senior-level position.
Salary : $60 - $70
