Job Summary – Cyber Command Forensic Analyst

- Investigate network intrusions and cybersecurity incidents to identify causes, extent, and consequences of breaches.
- Conduct host-based and network-based forensic analysis on various platforms and operating systems.
- Research and develop new techniques to enhance digital forensics processes and procedures.
- Produce clear, concise, and high-quality written reports on complex technical issues.
- Manage and maintain forensic analysis labs and tools used during investigations.
- Collect and preserve digital evidence according to industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Support the Cyber Emergency Response Team during critical cybersecurity incidents.
- Utilize a wide range of forensic and memory analysis tools (e.g., FTK, X-Ways, SIFT, AXIOM, EnCase, Volatility).
- Perform forensic collections and investigations across Windows, Linux/Unix, macOS, virtual, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Apply strong analytical skills to assess evidence from computer systems, electronic devices, and various file systems
Salary : $60 - $65
