Job Summary (Construction Systems Administrator)
- Serve as the primary administrator for the e-Builder Project Management Information System (PMIS), overseeing system-level settings and configurations.
- Manage full lifecycle support, customization, and optimization of business processes within e-Builder to standardize and streamline workflows.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for both internal and external users, ensuring effective system utilization.
- Oversee project setup, user provisioning, and general document control management.
- Maintain and update system templates, reports, dashboards, and forms as required.
- Conduct onboarding and continuous training for new and existing e-Builder users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and process owners to implement system modifications and ensure adherence to approved business processes.
- Assist in the development of training materials and user documentation.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and reporting activities to support project/program requirements.
- Identify and implement system enhancements relating to forms, reports, and workflows.
- Perform additional administrative and system support tasks as assigned.
- Requirements include a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), 3 years experience with e-Builder or similar PMIS, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and experience with IT business process analysis, construction industry practices, and database/reporting tools.
