What are the responsibilities and job description for the Change Management Analyst position at Largeton Group?
Apply OCM (Organizational Change Management) methodologies, such as PROSCI, to develop deliverables like Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Analysis, Communication and Training Strategies, and Assessments.
Develop and execute change management work products, including plans and metrics to measure stakeholder engagement and end-user adoption.
Create content such as standard operating procedures, how-to articles, training materials, and clear communication for both technical and non-technical users regarding project changes.
Support and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and IT, ensuring effective communication of system impacts and project transparency.
Utilize exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including graphic/visual content development, for effective messaging.
Engage with employees at all organizational levels, supporting large-scale, company-wide initiatives.
Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to implement change management solutions aligned with technology, standards, and best practices.
Participate in process improvement initiatives within the team and IT organization.
Foster an inclusive, trustworthy, and transparent work culture, embodying accountability, ethics, and customer-centric service.
Act as a strategic thinker, aligning development efforts with business goals.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership, and relationship-building skills with senior leaders and diverse teams.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in enterprise change management and technical writing.
Experience with ERP and asset management software (Hexagon software preferred).
Local to Charlotte, NC (must be onsite).
